Spruce Moose reserves the right to amend pricing at our discretion.

When using this website, please use the information provided to make your own decisions as to whether these products suit your requirements.

Spruce Moose may change or withdraw products at any time if required.

Any orders made through the Spruce Moose website are subject to corrections, in the case of any inconsistencies, omissions or errors.

Placing an order

After your order is placed, an email will be sent to you confirming the details of your order. Payment of your order is required before goods will be dispatched.

Shipping

Returns and Refunds

All care is taken in the packaging and handling of the your order. When you receive the package, it is your responsibility to check for breakages or missing items. If you find that your order has been damaged in transit, please take a photo and contact us within 24hrs of delivery, so we can resolve.

For hygiene reasons, once you have received your hair accessories, you are not entitled to a refund or exchange, unless the item is faulty.

No refunds are permitted if you simply change your mind. Any exceptions to this are at the sole discretion of Spruce Moose.
